I feel there could be more communication between the technicians and office staff. I went to get new tires and after 2 hrs I inquired on the truck. There was an issue with the balancing machine and no communication. It was going to be another hour until the truck was ready. I had to request an Uber to take me home. The rep, Ashley Holt, was a rock star and made the bill right with the long wait.

Glen was very helpful and amazing throughout the process… they made buying a car so easy 👏🏽👏🏽

Great service and Ashley was great at getting everything done and loved her attitude.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the window sticker was missing from some of the vehicles. I think that knowing the msrp gives the customer a better chance to negotiate price. Other than that the experience was perfect. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Our salesman Johnathon Garcia was amazing.

Well, Beck &Masten in highway 6 did good job, the problem was recognized and gotten fixed. The service advisors there are good listener. In case of Dia, she listened when I described the problem and listened and took me serious and communicated to the service staff and the outcome was an IOU’s very satisfactory. I felt very safe driving my car.
