This was our third purchase from Beck & Masten and the experience was the same. PJ was very helpful, attentive, professional, and friendly. We were able to ge the right car for the right price and Lizette from financial was more than helpful as well as a pleasure to speak and work with. We will be looking for another vehicle in a few months and will definitely start with Beck & Masten!

I have had bad/questionable experiences at this dealership. There is always something wrong with my GMC Sierra SLT 2023. The customer service, in the past, was horrible. Often the representatives say what they are supposed to say, to please the customer. Oscar did the same thing, at first. Then I gave him a chance and he was great. His professionalism was perfect. I appreciated it. I will say, I regret buying this vehicle. Never in my life have I purchased a vehicle that has so many issues. Never again.

As someone who struggled because of past struggles, my credit history was the only thing that kept me from getting my dream truck. But hector at beck and masten north did everything in his power to get me approved and with the lowest rate and payment possible, after going to multiple dealerships and getting absolutely no help. I don't know if I've ever actually had a great experience getting service at a dealership and this is no different. I made an appointment for an oil change at 9:15 and didn't leave till 12:15. The quoted price wasn't correct, but they stuck with it. I also had to wait for the invoice to be corrected because parts were left off. True to form, I went in for an oil change and they came back with over a thousand dollars of extra suggested service. Not reliable. From the start. My appointment was 20 minutes late. The lady was a no show at work. Her replacement struggled with pricing my brake job. Trying to overcharge me by $400. No prices on the website. No parts in stock for back brakes on a pickup. Had to order. 1/2 way home after picking up my truck and get a call that the mechanic forgot to give me my wheel lock key back. I will have to go back again to pick it up. Not impressed at all

24hr minimum for diagnostic should be communicated on the website. 45+ minute intake time when we had an appt booked and needed to get to work was crazy.
