I’ve bought many vehicles new and used. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in doing so. Zero pressure from the salesman to the finance team. I’ll definately visit them next time I’m in the market for another vehicle.

Beck & Masten has been getting a lot better. Their service time is still the longest I have ever experienced, 2 hours for an oil change and it could be worse then that sometimes. But as of late, the customer service has greatly improved and the prices are not to terrible.

They got me in and out fairly quickly. I like that. I always wait for service.

Very friendly and let me know when vehicle was ready. They even ubered me back to get my car. My oil change was really quick also

Adrian in the service department was exceptional when I took my Hummer EV in for a service. Everything was done in a few hours.

Dealership Ireland’s top notch. But the service dept is absolutely terrible. Zero communication. No effort to make clients experience pleasant. There’s been three service managers in the past 18 Months and revolving door with reps. Richard Wohl was an endearing salesman. He is a regular guy and we appreciated his no non-sense approach. He was friendly, honest, and polite and did a great job negotiating us a great price on a new truck. I can’t stand sales guys that are overly cool and smooth-talking, but Richard was none of those things.

I took my GMC Sierra Denali to this location for service. While my vehicle was in the service department. A few items were procured namely my disabled vet handicap parking plaque and $20 dollars from the arm rest compartment. I mentioned this to the service team and service manager at around 6pm on June 9, 2025. On the morning of June 10, 2025 at 2:44 am Onstar sent a notification my vehicle had been stolen. Coincidence, hmmm I am just wondering 🤔

First of all the vehicle was falsely advertised on the website as only have 4 miles (new), but it was actually a demo/loaner with about 3500 miles. Was not impressed with the dealership at all really. We were told repeatedly to give Lovish, the salesman 5 stars, even shown an example. We had to argue about a rebate with him, the finance person seemed confused on how certain things should be handled since we paid cash and I'm still waiting for shade/security cover for the cargo area.
